Hatchery equipment supplier iD Projects launched its new website, where information on products, expertise and customer case studies is available. The company sells egg processing, transferring, hygiene and waste management equipment.
Latest technology from the company includes chick processing equipment that counts up to 60,000 chicks per hour, per counter. Vaccination and sexing equipment is also available to aid this stage in the hatchery process.
The company's transfer room solutions include tray des-tackers, basket stackers, transfers and a candling system, which is capable of processing up to 120,000 eggs per hour. With early candling possible at just 10 days, and 100 percent detection and removal of clear and dead embryos, iD Projects' customers are now achieving hatch rates in excess of 90 percent, according to the company.
Visitors to the website will also be able to find out about the company's solutions for improving hygiene and minimizing waste.
