There's still time to register for the 2nd International Poultry Forum China, 6-7 September at Swissotel Beijing.
Organized by Poultry International China Edition, WATT and Shanghai Lyja Cultural Media Co. Ltd., with support from the China Animal Agriculture Association, the two-day event features speakers from around the world.
The focus of the first day of the event is food safety and risk management. Topics and speakers for the first day include:
- U.S. poultry risk and crisis management: Gary Thornton, editor of WATTPoultry USA
- Improving poultry company management: Cao Jisheng, president of Shandong Yisheng
- Delivering accurate information to consumers: Mark Lyons, vice president of Alltech
- Avian Influenza control: Jiang Guotuo, president of Dalian Sam
Time will also be spent discussing solutions to responding to risk and during crisis in the poultry industry.
