The focus of the first day of the event is food safety and risk management. Topics and speakers for the first day include:

  • Improving poultry company management: Cao Jisheng, president of Shandong Yisheng
  • Delivering accurate information to consumers: Mark Lyons, vice president of Alltech
  • Avian Influenza control: Jiang Guotuo, president of Dalian Sam

Time will also be spent discussing solutions to responding to risk and during crisis in the poultry industry.
