Kiotechagil, which offers a range of performance-enhancing biosecurity products, has made two appointments to its international team.
Dr. Luciano Sá has joined Kiotechagil as a sales and technical consultant. Sá was educated in Brazil and has a Ph.D. in animal science from the University of Viçosa. He has a technical background in both monogastric and ruminant nutrition and previously worked with Ajinomoto, where he was technical manager for its Brazilian operation. Prior to that, Sá was a nutrition and formulation manager for Poli-Nutri Alimentos, a major feed and premix producer in Brazil.
Sá will focus on providing technical and commercial support on the ground. Sá is the lead author of more than 10 published papers and has published articles in scientific magazines. He has also been a regular speaker at industry conferences.
Rene Noteborn has joined Kiotechagil as regional sales manager for Europe. Noteborn is based in Holland and will report to Mike Corbett, managing director of the International Division.
Noteborn studied animal sciences at Wageningen Agricultural University in Holland. Most recently, Noteborn worked for De Heus International. He has held several positions around the world in account and product management.
Noteborn said, "I am really looking forward to working for and contributing to the growth of Kiotechagil. I see a particular opportunity to focus on the biosecurity aspects of meeting farmers' needs."
