Cantrell has named Jeff Saunders as manager for its parts sales department. Saunders brings 25 years of poultry industry experience to Cantrell, a poultry and food processing equipment sales, parts and service company.

"Jeff has worked in the poultry equipment business for a quarter of a century, beginning his career at Cantrell as a machinist in the late 1980s," said Dane Woods, Cantrell general manager of sales, service and engineering. "He has since worked in various capacities in the industry which has given him a thorough background in the business. He will work closely with our customers and our regional sales managers to develop market opportunities for the parts sales department."

In addition to managing the day-to-day operation of the part sales department, Saunders will routinely meet face-to-face with customers to discuss their parts needs. He also will research new parts for development.

Saunders came to Cantrell after serving as a sales engineer, project manager, sales support manager and warehouse manager for another poultry equipment company. He began his career with Cantrell as a machinist in 1987 and also worked in sales and as a sales engineer. He and his wife, Tammy, have two children, Jamie and Joy.
