This is in recognition of contributions of both time and creativity and his generosity to the University of Delaware and the Delaware Technical and Community College System. The accompanying citation recognized the contributions of Dr. Lasher to youth development and public service in addition to ground- breaking innovations in development and manufacture of vaccines critical to the productivity and profitability of the poultry industry on the Delmarva Peninsula and the U.S.A.
