Cal-Maine Foods, Jackson, Miss., has hired Tim Eccher to assist in the construction of a new egg products plant in Waelder, Texas. Upon completion of the plant, Eccher will be the general manager of Texas Egg Products, LLC, which has been formed by five major egg production and marketing companies: Cal-Maine; Feather Crest Farms, Inc.; Mahard Egg Farm; Maxim Production Co., L.P.; and Pilgrim’s Pride Corp.
For the past 13 years, Eccher has been employed in the egg products industry, and most recently served as manager of Classic Egg Products.
