Eric Arnold has been named general manager and Justin Bundy has joined as a technical sales representative and QA manager at Bill Barr & Company. Both are new positions.
Arnold's duties will include helping streamline current processes and evaluating growth opportunities for the company. Prior to joining Bill Barr & Company, Arnold spent the last 16 years at Land O'Lakes/Purina Animal Nutrition in the area of supply chain where he held leadership roles in purchasing, logistics and transportation. In addition, he has extensive experience in customer service, finance and pricing. He has an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of California-San Diego and a master's of business administration from University of St. Thomas. Arnold, his wife Kelly and their family have relocated to the Kansas City area.

Bundy's duties include handling technical sales, quality control, and support for the entire team. Bundy recently completed his doctorate at the University of Nebraska in animal science with an emphasis in swine nutrition. His master's degree and bachelor's degree are from Oklahoma State University in animal science and agriculture education respectively. He has over 50 published journal publications, extension publications, abstracts and research reports.
