Lallemand Animal Nutrition has named Mathieu Castex to succeed Henri Durand as global research and development director. Durand will retire this year. Castex previously was aquaculture and yeast derivatives product manager.
Stéphane Ralite has been named product manager aquaculture and will take over Castex's aquaculture responsibilities. The yeast derivatives portfolio will be managed by Caroline Desmaizières.
