Jennifer Parrish has recently been promoted to training manager at Sanderson Farms Inc. Parrish, a former training coordinator for the poultry giant, will now be responsible for designing curriculum, as well as implementing and facilitating training programs intended to increase management and employee effectiveness. She will also be responsible for identifying, recruiting and developing beginning trainees to become successful members of Sanderson Farms' management team.
