U.K. poultry equipment manufacturer Potters Poultry International has appointed Concordia, Santa Catarina-based Fornari Industria as its new partner/distributor in Brazil.

Potters notes that the Brazilian market is changing and modernizing, with many companies now moving away from manual nests to automatic ones. The egg sector in Brazil is now following the industry in many other areas of the world, the company adds, and seeing an increasing demand for cage-free and free-range eggs.
