Nucleus has signed a contract regarding the sale of 850 GGP sows with Baichuan Group.

This is the first signature certifying the renegotiation of an agreement regarding exporting breeding pigs to China. The previous agreement was signed in March by French President, François Hollande and Chinese President, Xi Jinping.

Baichuan Group aims to become the leading pig producer in Sichuan, a Chinese province.

Stephane Le Foll, of the French Ministry of Agriculture, witnessed the contract being signed.
