Skov creates global key account position

Skov, a global leader in climatecontrol and monitoring for animal production, has chosen Thomas Hansen to serveas director of a newly established position responsible for global key accounts,effective July 1. Hansen has served the company for the past ten years as thedirector of Skov Asia.

Skov, a global leader in climate control and monitoring for animal production, has chosen Thomas Hansen to serve as director of a newly established position responsible for global key accounts, effective July 1. Hansen has served the company for the past ten years as the director of Skov Asia.

In his new role, Hansen will be responsible for maintain and expanding Skov’s relationships with large-scale business partners and key customers worldwide.

Hansen will be based out of Skov’s main office in Denmark, beginning August 1.

Leo Ostergaard to take over as Skov Asia managing director

Leo Ostergaard will be taking Hansen’s place as the new managing director of Skov Asia, also effective July 1. His task will be to expand activities in SKOV Asia while maintaining and expanding the position of the company on Asian markets.

Over the past five years, Ostergaard has been employed as technical director at Skov in Denmark. He was responsible for the business development and product portfolio of the company. Ostergaard has a background as an engineer, holds a PhD, and since 1995 he has worked in a long line of export businesses, focusing on global markets.

Ostergaard has been based at Skov Asia’s office in Bangkok since April, and will continue to work from that office.
