Educational showcase, events

World Dairy Expo's educational showcase offers the chance to visit with peers while learning from fellow producers and industry experts about different ways to make dairy operations more profitable. Producers will want to participate in the expo seminars, virtual farm tours given by a variety of producers about their operations, and the dairy seminars, where they can interact with industry experts and top producers to exchange management ideas.

Expo attendees can also benefit from a variety of other conferences, special seminars and fun programming throughout the week.
International attendees, farm owners, managers, employees, agribusiness professionals and veterinarians are all encouraged to participate in the annual International Dairy Short Course. This three-day dairy management course presents the latest research and technology in dairy genetics, nutrition, cow comfort and milk quality by combining dairy lectures with hands-on training.

Each year, the World Dairy Expo is home to one of the best-known cattle shows in the world. This year’s cattle competition will showcase 2,500 head of North American dairy cattle competing on the famed colored shavings, culminating with the naming of the Supreme Champion.
