The American Egg Board received the Golden Egg Award at the recent International Egg Commission Annual Conference in Shanghai, China. The award recognizes the best from among competing national marketing and promotional campaigns. The winning presentation, a 10-minute audio-visual presentation, was delievered by Joanne Ivy, President and CEO of the AEB.
The presentation encouraged the consumption of eggs in breakfasts, specifically targeted at the mature woman with children at home. The program also integrated egg dishes offered by quick service restaurants (QSRs).
