Heather Schutt has been promoted to the position of production manager for the at Jennie-O Turkey Store facility in Faribault, Minnesota. Schutt has been with Jennie-O Turkey Store since 1994, when she began her career at the Barron, Minnesota plant as a supervisor trainee.
She has held various supervisory positions within the company, before she became a human resources manager in Willmar, Minnesota. She later became the second shift basic processing superintendent in Barron, where she worked for four years. Schutt spent the last three years as the retail sausage and traypack second shift superintendent.
Schutt began her career as a supervisor trainee in 1994 at Barron, according to the Faribault Daily News. From there she was promoted and held various supervisor positions before transferring to the human resources area in Willmar as the human resources manager. Several years later she moved back to Barron and eventually got back into operations as the second shift basic processing superintendent for four years. Schutt has spent the past three years as the retail sausage and traypack second shift superintendent.
