Frozen U.S. egg stocks on October 31 were 20% higher than year-earlier levels, but 4% below month-earlier levels, according to USDA’s November Cold Storage report. Egg whites in storage were 10% below year-earlier levels, while egg yolks 35% lower than year-earlier levels. But whole and mixed egg stocks were 23% higher, with unclassified stocks 42% higher than 2007 levels.
