New research conducted by Lenard's, an Australian specialty chicken retailer, showed the direct effects of the economy as Australians turn to chicken to save money.
In a survey of nearly 11,000 Australians, more than 54% believed chicken is the best meat value. Chicken is on the menu an average of 2.3 times a week in Australia.
