The AMI International Meat, Poultry & Seafood Industry Convention and Exposition will be held October 28-31, 2009, in Chicago, Ill., at McCormick Place.
The event is held every two years as part of the Wordwide Food Expo, which is two events under one roof – the AMI convention and expo and the IDFA Food, Dairy & Beverage Convention and Exposition.
There will be 900-plus exhibitors at the event. Meat, poultry and seafood-specific conference sessions will be held and a Sustainability Pavilion and Ingredients, Flavorings and Seasonings Pavilion will be present as well.
