I was fortunate to receive a nice article authored by Worldwatch Intsitute's Supryia Kumar, which calls all of us for reflection on a particular topic as the end-of-the-year feasts period comes close again - the food wastage so common this time of the year.

Well, more than an article, the written piece looks like a sort of 10 practical and feasible commandments on how to avoid food wastage and make the feasts season "less wasteful and more plentiful" in the author's words. As the availability, or scarcity, of food to feed the world over the next 20 to 30 years became the "center-of-the-plate" concern governing the discussions and debates about the future of the planet and its populations, this simple piece invite us to give our contribution by simply making our home work.
