Another case of avian influenza has been reported in Egypt involving a 25-year-old Egyptian woman, who contracted the virus after coming into contact with infected birds, state media said April 17, according to www.reuters.com.

This infection marks the 65th human bird flu case in Egypt.

The woman, from El-Marg, Egypt, was in critical condition on a ventilator and is being treated with the antiviral drug Tamiflu.
