“Allen Harim is growing quickly and our need for top-level human resources talent has increased exponentially,” said Sylvia Nicholson, director of human resources for the company. “Both Janet and Judy bring depth of experience and a passion for people, and we are excited to have put this team together.”

Phillips will focus on the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits packages for headquarters and facility management. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland College Park. Phillips currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore. She lives with her family in Hebron, Maryland.
