Trouw Nutrition USA has hired Kevin Matter of Nacogdoches, TX, as its new Poultry Integrator Key Account Manager. Kevin comes to Trouw Nutrition with experience in sales and customer relationship management. Over the years, he developed a great deal of knowledge in the Broiler industry including feed, feed formulation, feed additives and farm minerals.
In Matter’s new position, he will be responsible for developing sales within key poultry accounts by partnering with Trouw Nutrition’s customers to offer the company’s expertise, resources and products, delivering solutions to their business. He will also work hard to bring forward new ideas to develop innovative solutions through Trouw Nutrition’s Research & Development facilities.
“We are excited to have Kevin join our Trouw Nutrition USA Livestock team. He brings a diverse background to Trouw Nutrition coupled with his great enthusiasm for the Broiler Industry. Together, these items will help contribute to the success of the accounts he represents as well as to our company,” said Jay Clary, Vice President of Livestock Division.
Before coming to Trouw Nutrition USA, Matter worked in various positions at Allflex USA, Texas Farm Products & Animal Science Products. Most recently, Matter worked with Cargill Animal Nutrition’s Business Unit, Feed Management Systems based out of Nacogdoches, Texas. Even in a small amount of time, Matter is quickly becoming a valuable member to our Trouw Nutrition Team. We are highly confident he will be a resource for your company, too.
He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness from Stephen F. Austin State University.
