With so many products readily available on store shelves, it’s hard to know what to trust...which is why BrandSpark and Better Homes and Gardens enlisted the help of 80,000 American shoppers. From eggs to coffee to chips, participants in the 2015 BrandSpark/Better Homes and Gardens American Shopper Study survey were asked to name which brands they have come to depend on; topping this year’s list as America’s most trusted egg is Eggland’s Best.
“Brands earning the title ‘Most Trusted’ in the 2015 BrandSpark Most Trusted Awards Program are dedicated to providing their customers with high quality products,” says Robert Levy, President and CEO of BrandSpark International. “In fact, American shoppers cited that Eggland’s Best tasted better than other eggs, were better in nutritional value and appeared to be fresher in taste and appearance.”
Eggland’s Best attributes its product’s better taste, nutrition, and freshness to the brand’s strict quality assurance program and proprietary hen feed. Eggland’s Best eggs contain 25 percent less saturated fat, ten times more vitamin E, four times more vitamin D and more than double the omega-3 fatty acids than ordinary eggs. In addition, a recent study in the Journal of Applied Poultry Research showed that Eggland’s Best eggs stay fresher longer than ordinary eggs.
