Following the evolution of the Allflex Group highlighted by the recent acquisitions of SCR (Israel) and SureFlap (USA), Brian Bolton has been named chief operating officer of the Allflex Group of companies worldwide, and Glenn Fischer will assume the role of president of Allflex USA. Brian Bolton is currently, and since 2004, president of Allflex USA Inc., and Glenn Fischer is senior vice president.

Bolton will relocate to the new Allflex corporate office in London to fulfill his new global role and will work closely with Allflex Group CEO Jacques Martin. Fischer will continue to be based in Dallas and will be responsible for Allflex’s North American business, including production, administration and his current oversight of commercial activities. Both assignments are effective today.

For over 60 years, Allflex has grown to serve livestock producers in U.S. and global markets by preparing them with innovative tools for animal identification and monitoring. Fischer said, “This new chapter for our North American team comes at an exciting period of growth in our corporate history. We are uniquely positioned to help our customers effectively and efficiently identify and manage their animals through the collective efforts of the best team in the business.”

"I’m humbled that the strong performance of the dedicated team in North America has allowed me to grow to this wider role at Allflex,” said Bolton. “It’s a positive evolution in our business as we prepare the foundation to serve for the next 60 years.”

An employee of Allflex USA for more than 30 years, Fischer is current chairman of the board of the National Institute for Animal Agriculture and is a former member of the board of directors and executive committee of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. He received Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from California Lutheran University.
