Pestell Minerals and Ingredients of New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada, has acquired Nutritional Feed Additives, a Fergus, Ontario-based company providing specialty animal nutritional products and hay preservatives to the Canadian feed industry since 1987.
The transaction was completed June 30, 2015. The employees of Nutritional Feed Additives are now employees of Pestell Minerals and Ingredients and will focus on providing a seamless transition for their products, suppliers and customers.
“Nutritional Feed Additives’ products are great complimentary additions for Pestell and the acquisition supports our strategy of continuing to expand our product offering and broadening our customer reach in North America,” said Peter Brunelle, president of Pestell Minerals and Ingredients.
Pestell Minerals and Ingredients specializes in the supply of feed ingredients including macro and trace minerals, specialty feed additives, bird food ingredients, fertilizers and salt products for the agricultural industry across North America.
