Rx3 Holdings, LLC has acquired controlling interest in LaCour-Dalton Company LLC, a feed company that supplies feed manufacturers, integrated poultry producers and other feed ingredient users, according to an Rx3 Holdings press release.
As the company’s first order of business, Rx3 Holdings named Stan Wallace president of the LaCour-Dalton Company. Prior to his appointment with LaCour-Dalton, Wallace was with the Degussa Corporation where he served last as the marketing manager of Lysine, Threonine and Trypophan.
