Zacky Farms has named Scott Rhodes as its chief operating officer (COO). In this new position, Rhodes will report to the company’s CEO, Lillian Zacky.
The turkey company reported that it is making tremendous progress and Rhodes’ leadership and management skills will be a great addition to Zacky Farms.
“At an important time in our company, Scott brings valuable experience working with Wells Fargo Bank in the Food and Ag Division,” said Zacky. “I am proud of the entire Zacky Farms team and the progress that we have made. The addition of Scott helps us to continue our commitments to cusomers and my husband Bob Zacky’s wishes for Zacky Farms.”
Headquartered in Fresno, California, Zacky Farms slaughtered an estimated 68.3 million pounds of live turkeys in 2014, according to the WATTAgNet Top Poultry Companies Database. The company’s turkey products are marketed under the Zacky Farms Natural, Tender Gold, Westerner, Californian, Sam’s Ranch, Zacky Farms ABF and Zacky Farms Free Range brands.
