To further support the growing customer base in the region, Hubbard has appointed two new members to its Chinese Technical Service team, Mingdong Zhou and Wei Liang. Both hold Master’s degrees in veterinary medicine from Shandong Agricultural University.

Zhou joins Hubbard in the position of technical service manager and comes with extensive experience of managing broiler breeders of both Grandparent and Parent Stock generations. His credentials have been gained over six years in the positions of production manager, and veterinarian and bio-security manager at New Hope Liuhe Group.

Liang joins Hubbard in the position of management trainee and will undergo an extensive training period with Hubbard poultry specialists. He will spend time at the company’s modern Great Grandparent and Grandparent facilities in the U.S. and France and travel to customer locations across the wider Asian region.

Both Zhou and Liang will report to Frank Shenling Xu, Hubbard’s country manager for China.

Xu said, “We are delighted with these two recent appointments. Zhou’s experience is a perfect fit for us to support the ongoing needs of our rapidly growing customer base in China. In addition, the appointment of Liang gives us added strength in depth and illustrates an ongoing commitment to our important customers in the region. Both new recruits are highly motivated and enthusiastic to join Hubbard in what is an exciting period of growth in the region.”
