Joe Maresca has been promoted to Director of Sales – East. Maresca will be responsible for all East Coast dealer sales. With 28 years of industry experience, including 16 years in various positions with Vulcan, Maresca is uniquely qualified for this leadership role. Previously, Maresca has served as a Vulcan eastern regional sales manager, VP of national accounts and business manager for the Range unit.

Debbie Hanson, VP of sales, Vulcan FEG, said, “Joe’s expertise has been invaluable in helping expand our company and introducing new products. We look forward to the future growth Joe will generate in his new position by working closely with our dealer community.”

David Sealfon is the new Business Unit Manager of Steam. He joins Vulcan from Micro-Poise Measurement Systems, where he was the division VP of operations. Previously, Sealfon worked for Kobelco Stewart Bolling, holding several leadership roles supplying processing equipment to the tire and rubber industries. His professional career spans more than 20 years, with various positions in operations, sales and service.

Tim Murray, VP and general manager of ITW FEG Cooking  Foodservice Division, commented, “I am confident that David’s valuable experience in equipment and key industry areas will translate into providing the best-in-class service our customers expect.”

Larry Lyons will be retiring in the first half of this year after 43 years with ITW/Vulcan. His retirement will ensure a smooth transition of the Steam business unit to Sealfon. Lyons started at Vulcan’s Hillsboro, OH, plant and continued to be promoted throughout his tenure to operations and management roles on a variety of product lines. Since 2004, Lyons has successfully served as the business unit manager for Steam.

Larry and his team have done a superb job transforming the Steam unit into the great business it is today. Larry’s passion for taking care of customers along with his high energy level are second to none and are a few of the main reasons he will be truly missed by all.”
