Denmark: Next generation to lead Hamlet Protein

Starting October 1, Hamlet Protein’s CFO, Søren Munch, will be the new CEO of Hamlet Protein A/S and Hamlet Protein Holding A/S. The appointment is part of the planned generational change of the company management. Ole Kaae Hansen, who will continue both as shareholder and as member of the board, will focus on business development, introducing new products and applications on the market. Hansen will also devote more time to strategic issues. The company has also decided to appoint a chief commercial officer reporting to Munch. The company hopes the new CCO is on board by the end of the year. Stephen Paul Rose continues as sales director and will report to the CCO. The financial controller, Carsten Frees, assumes the responsibility as financial manager.
