Scheduled to roll out at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show 2016, the new offering helps chefs and operators remain on-trend and appeal to consumers’ demand for smoky taste and all-natural protein options.

Butterball’s newest product, according to a press release from the company, is an all-natural solution for foodservice operators as they rethink their menus to include additive-free foods — 57 percent of millennial chefs consider “all natural” to be an important factor when purchasing protein. This increasingly influential demographic also values “all natural” more than other claims, like preservative free, GMO free and farm raised.

The All Natural Pecan Wood Smoked Turkey Breast is skinless with a whole-muscle, pan-roasted shape and pecan wood smoked flavor.
