More than 100 of Chicago's best chefs concocted and served creative bacon dishes to thousands of passionate bacon lovers at Baconfest Chicago on May 1.

Smithfield, one of America's leading bacon brands, sampled new, flavorful recipes during the event presented by Jewel-Osco. Developed by Smithfield's Chef Frank Dominguez, the creations included Bacon & Jack Tots with Cholula ketchup, Bacon-Wrapped Goat Cheese-Stuffed Dates, and Coconut Bacon Macaroons.
