Tero Hemmilä, member of HKScan Corporation's board of directors, has resigned from the board, effective May 11.
Hemmilä has been member of the board since 2011.
HKScan is one of the leading food companies in northern Europe with markets in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the Baltic countries and Poland. HKScan produces, sells and markets pork and beef, poultry products, processed meats and convenience foods under strong brand names.
