Produmix recently welcomed a group of leading distributors, farmers and technical advisers in the swine sector to its facilities in Taiwan.
The aim of this visit was for attendees to better understand the production process of the base mixes for piglets, visit the trial farm, and gain a deeper knowledge of Produmix products and their benefits.
During the work day, attendees exchanged views on the situation in the swine market in Taiwan and the solutions Produmix products are providing, plus new needs and challenges.
Advances in genetics have led to hyper-prolific sows, which produce bigger litters, but with higher weight variability. Produmix has managed to develop technologically advanced products that, in addition to providing an optimal, safe and profitable growth of animals, improve the homogeneity in different litters.
