OK Foods recently hired two new team members to serve in executive roles. Brent Glasgow will serve as vice president of operations and Amy Szadziewicz will serve as vice president of quality and food safety. Glasgow and Szadziewicz will both join the OK Foods executive team.

We are excited to have them on board.”

Brent Glasgow, vice president of operations

Glasgow’s career in poultry spans 12 years and five states. After completing his degree at Franklin College, Glasgow began his career as an accountant, then moved into operations. At OK Foods, he will be responsible for maintaining operational effectiveness throughout the OK Foods operations chain. “I am excited to be moving to Fort Smith to work with OK Foods,” said Glasgow. “The values of the company attracted me to this role; its mission to nourish the world will guide me throughout the management of our operations process.”

Amy Szadziewicz, vice president of quality and food safety

With more than 17 years in the poultry industry, Szadziewicz has spent the previous eight years specializing in quality management. Earning her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University and an MBA from Eastern Mennonite University, Szadziewicz brings a valuable skill set to OK Foods. “OK Foods has a reputation for quality assurance,” said Szadziewicz. “I look forward to working with the Quality team and seeing the company continue to lead the way in quality.”
