Cherkizovo Group, Russia’s largest vertically integrated meat, poultry and feed producer, is expanding the size of its management team to 14.
Following the Cherkizovo Board of Directors meeting held on September 22, the board voted to add four members to the management team. The newly-elected members of the management team are:
- Alexander Susakov, chief security officer
- Vera Eliseeva, chief people officer
- Maksim Zudin, head of the Agro Division
- Leonid Izmailov, head of the Investment Projects Department
Other board action
In other business, the Cherkizovo Group Board of Directors appointed Valery Kuprienko as the group’s corporate secretary. The board also approved the regulations for the board of directors’ Personnel and Renumeration Committee of PJSC Cherkizovo Group.
