Less reliance on antibiotics and less waste of chicken meat could result if poultry industry adopts slower-growing broiler breeds

The burgeoning trend of slower-growing broiler breeds in the U.S. piqued many attendees’ interest at this year’s Sustainable Agriculture Summit in Atlanta.
