Jamesway Incubator Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Sterling as Director of Operations.
Sterling brings an impressive amount of experience and a proven record of operational excellence to the position. He has worked within many business sectors in the last 23 years, resulting in a diverse portfolio of industry and product knowledge, including mechanical and electrical automotive components, high-risk medical devices, fast-paced steel processing and the assembly of complex automated machinery.
Sterling has a strong background in Production Management, Quality Management and Continual Improvement and he has excelled in many roles, some of which include Quality Engineering, 6 Sigma Black Belt & Continual Improvement Coordinator, Quality Manager, and Production Manager.
