ADM Animal Nutrition, a division of Archer Daniels Midland Company, has announced two additions to its poultry and swine technical service teams.

Dr. Reza “Ray” Poureslami is an experienced poultry nutritionist with a background in technical management and product development. Poureslami has a master’s degree in agricultural science from Gorgon University in Iran, a doctorate from the University of Gent in Belgium, and a post-doctoral degree in applied poultry nutrition from the University of Georgia. Poureslami will help provide nutrition and technical support for ADM’s poultry business.

Dr. Daniel B. Jones joins ADM as a swine technical service manager with over 15 years of experience in animal nutrition, account management and grain-to-food value chains. Jones received a master’s degree in animal science from Kansas State University and a doctorate from Iowa State University. At ADM, he will lead the swine nutrition and technical support team where he will work closely with ADM’s marketing, sales and research departments to develop innovative swine programming while providing technical support for customers with swine nutrition, production or management concerns.

“We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Jones and Dr. Poureslami to ADM,” said Brent Fenton, president, ADM Animal Nutrition. “Both are highly regarded in the field of animal science and animal nutrition and will no doubt bring insight and expertise to our swine and poultry teams.”
