The Dupps Company has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Clapper Corporation of Ankeny, Iowa. Founded in 1972, Clapper has built its reputation as a leader in protein co-products equipment service and distribution, and has been an exclusive distributor for The Dupps Company for 4 years.
“With the addition of Clapper, Dupps will broaden its industry-leading service organization, making it even stronger,” said Frank Dupps Jr., President of The Dupps Company. “This will benefit our customers throughout North America, while Clapper customers can be assured that the top-quality service they have come to expect will continue, including full support of horizontal decanters and disc-type centrifuges.”
