Satish Soni recently joined Zinpro Corporation as account manager – Central America and Caribbean. In this position, Soni will take a leading role in the organization’s operations and business activities throughout the region.
“We continue to see major growth for our Performance Minerals in Central American and Caribbean countries, and adding the extensive technical- and sales-support expertise from Satish will help to solidify and expand our presence in this important market,” says Guillermo Vela, regional manager – Mexico, Zinpro Corporation. “With his previous background in animal wellness and performance, Satish will be a tremendous asset for our customers and distributors.”
Before joining Zinpro, Soni held several management positions for prominent animal health companies in the Central American region, providing technical information and support as well as business operations expertise, with a primary focus on poultry and swine. With Zinpro, his primary focus will continue to be with poultry and swine, but he will also provide sales support for other species as well.
Soni earned a bachelor’s degree in agronomic engineering at EARTH University, Limón, Costa Rica, and a master’s degree in business administration from Latina University, San José, Costa Rica. He will be based in Alajuela, Costa Rica, and report to Vela.
