Meat Institute welcomes ag secretary nomination
Former Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue has been nominated as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture
Barry Carpenter, president and CEO of the North American Meat Institute, issued the following statement in response to the nomination of former Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture:
