HVAC specialist Dipen Patel has joined Ziehl-Abegg Middle East as Sales Manager in Ventilation. Prior to this position, he had several years of experience in Engineering and Management. Germany-based Ziehl-Abegg offers customer-specific solutions for individual requirements in the field of ventilation and associated control engineering.

Dipen Patel joined the HVAC business right after his Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering studies in the UK. Always focusing on smoke and climate control systems in the built environment, he has worked in the UK and in Dubai. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in various business divisions, ranging from technical support and training to project and contract management as well as sales and business development.

He is experienced both technically and commercially, and with his management and communication skills on top, Dipen Patel will add great value to our Ventilation department,” says David Miller, Managing Director at Ziehl-Abegg Middle East. Ziehl-Abegg is a Germany-based and family-owned company which operates internationally. The products are used in ventilation, air conditioning and cooling applications. The Ziehl-Abegg fans are perfectly matched with the control technology to provide added value in all applications involving moving air.

He further explains that with the region becoming more inline with the energy efficiency standards that have been followed in the developed countries for some time, Ziehl-Abegg Middle East aim to create awareness on the importance of using energy efficient products in the industry to help the environment.

“Not only do we produce fans but we also offer the perfectly matched selection software that is suited for all customer-specific requirements regarding axial and centrifugal fans,” Patel adds. The software FANselect allows customers to select the ideally suited products for their application, using measurement data with a special calculation algorithm. FANselect also offers the option of comparing different products concerning their technical performance and cost.
