For the first time in the company's history, Smashburger will include turkey burgers alongside its existing menu line of burger options. Now, Smashburger guests can craft their own unique turkey burger with Smashburger's full selection of premium specialty toppings, fresh produce and any one of its  sides and hand-spun shakes. 

"We've given our customers a new way to burger, and they are going to flip when they taste what we've created," said Smashburger Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer Tom Ryan. "We've taken the core elements of what our guests love about Smashburger –  made-to-order, smashed and seared to perfection – and applied it to our delicious turkey burger that is a game-changer at every level."

The new turkey burger is the fourth protein option on Smashburger's made-to-order menu, now sitting alongside the company's fresh, never frozen American beef, all-white meat chicken and vegetarian black bean burger options. The turkey burger starts with all-natural ground turkey that is smashed on a 400-degree flat grill to sear in the flavor. The burger is served on toasted artisan buns and topped with a selection of produce, cheeses, and condiments.

The new turkey burger is now available at all full menu U.S. Smashburger locations.
