As its customer-base continues to grow internationally, Pas Reform has expanded its project management team with the appointment of Ernst Pfeijffer to work on the planning and implementation of hatchery projects for customers around the world.

Previously a project manager with Innclose B.V., Ernst, 48, started his career in mechanical engineering and has substantial experience of managing multi-disciplinary projects of varying size and complexity. In his new role, he will deliver key elements of Pas Reform’s SmartCare program, a 360-degree approach to planning, project and lifetime services that supports customers extending or refurbishing an existing hatchery, or building a new greenfield site.

Key responsibilities will include translating, defining and specifying hatchery builds and installations, including risk analysis, budgeting and project planning to ensure the smooth delivery of all project phases. Ernst will work collaboratively with sales, R & D, service, purchasing, planning and partners and be responsible for the direct management of project supervisors while on location during installation and commissioning.

“Translating customer needs into successful projects requires a disciplined, systematic and fully collaborative approach,” says Ernst. “In this role, I am really looking forward to working with colleagues and customers, to contribute to the realization of a full range and diversity of hatchery projects for customers in a range of climates and environments worldwide.”
