Westway Feed Products has announced that Rob Brock will assume the role of President of the company effective January 1. He will follow Steve Boehmer who has filled the Presidential role since 2009 and previously held the position of Director of Operations since 2003.
During his tenure, Boehmer led the company to substantial growth and increased their footprint to consist of 27 production plants in the U.S and Canada. Going forward, Boehmer will serve Westway Feed in a consulting capacity to support the transition and to participate in special projects.
Brock joined Westway Feed Products in July 2014 after a 30-year tenure with Purina Animal Nutrition serving most recently in a Region Director role. He is a graduate of Berry College, Rome, GA where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science-Business.
