Krispy Krunchy Chicken, "America's best fried chicken you have never heard of," will participate as the gift tag on America's favorite game show, Wheel of Fortune, at the end of January and the beginning of February.
"We are thrilled to have our brand be a part of something as iconic as Wheel of Fortune. We will be tuned in to see if any of the players get lucky and win our prize and look forward to more people across the country being introduced to our chicken," said Allison Shapiro, Krispy Krunchy Chicken's Director of Communications.
Krispy Krunchy Chicken will participate as the gift tag in a week of shows themed "Wheel Across America." If a player lands on the Krispy Krunchy Chicken wedge, they then call a letter. If they are correct they will pick up the Wedge. Pat Sajak will then say the value is $1,000.00 from Krispy Krunchy Chicken, the Best Fried Chicken you never heard of.
The shows will air the week of Jan. 29. The gift tag will be featured in three episodes that week, currently scheduled for Monday 1/29, Wednesday 1/31 and Friday 2/2.
Krispy Krunchy Chicken was recognized by Thrillst, an online media company, as "America's Best Fried Chicken Chain" in 2017. This fast food chain currently has more than 2,300 locations and is located in 41 states, Malaysia, and American Samoa.
