On the first panel, Danielle Nierenberg, president of Food Tank, Janet Riley, senior vice president of public affairs at North American Meat Institute and Dallas Hockman, vice president of industry affairs at National Pork Producers Council will talk about what the future holds for animal agriculture. They will take a look at how various forces will influence farm, ranch and industry decisions. The panel will be moderated by Chuck Jolley, president at Jolley & Associates. 

The “Sharing Your Roots” panel will bring together Jenny Splitter, a freelance food, science and health writer, Tamara Hinton, president at Story Partners and Phil Brasher, senior editor at AgriPulse. The panelists will discuss best practices when communicating with media and how to effectively share your story.
