Sodexo and Second Nature partner for local food sourcing

Sodexo, a food and facilities management company, has partnered with Second Nature to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and minimize waste on college campuses through sourcing food locally, according to a news report. Second Nature will train and guide Sodexo managers to support the efforts.

Second Nature, the primary supporting organization of the American College and University Presidents' Climate Commitment, offers advice on sustainability and trains the National Association of College and University Business Officers, the National Association of College Auxiliary Services and others.
