Peco names McMillan corporate further processing director

Peco Foods, one of the nation’s largest poultry companies, announces that Jay McMillan will expand his leadership role and transition into serving as the company’s first Corporate Director of Further Processing, aligning with Peco’s strategic growth plan.

Peco Foods, one of the nation’s largest poultry companies, has announced that Jay McMillan will expand his leadership role and transition into serving as the company’s first corporate director of further processing, aligning with Peco’s strategic growth plan.

In this newly created role, McMillan will be responsible for further processing operations including primary fresh raw operations producing further processing WIP (work in progress), and directing key customer accounts.

McMillan joined Peco Foods in December 2017 as director of special accounts and special projects where he was responsible for managing key customers and managing the renovations and expansions of Peco’s West Point, Mississippi. facility. Prior to joining Peco Foods, McMillan served as vice president of operations for Keystone Foods for a decade.
